So I am in Decatur IL. I did not know that Decatur was a person's name. He was a war hero back in.... I long time ago. I got a change to talk with Mr. Decatur, but he would not even say a word to me. I could hardly believe it. That's what happens to some people when they get put op on a pedestal.
